Section 1 — General Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77r7 platform and all related services ("Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the entity operating 77r7 ("Company").

Some key definitions used in these Terms are provided below:

• Platform: The 77r7 website, mobile version, and all connected digital services.
• Account: A user's registered personal profile through which services are accessed.
• Bonus: Additional funds or rewards granted by the Company subject to specific conditions.
• Real Money: Funds deposited by the user themselves, separate from bonus funds.
• Wagering Requirement: The specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Section 2 — Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use 77r7's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. The Company may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method will be considered "duplicate accounts." In such cases, the Company may close the additional accounts and cancel any associated bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. If false information is provided, the Company reserves the right to permanently close the account and confiscate any funds held within it.

Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

77r7 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be needed during the verification process or for unusually large amounts.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Users must complete account verification (KYC) before requesting a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is made without wagering an amount equal to or greater than the deposit, the Company reserves the right to apply an administrative fee.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on 77r7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000 (bonus cap applies).

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The Company's decision is final in determining eligibility for a bonus.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If a user attempts to abuse bonus benefits (such as through multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies), that bonus may be cancelled.
• If real money is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

Section 5 — Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

77r7 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software or bot to place automated bets.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages through collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost during a game or a round remains incomplete due to a technical error, the outcome will be determined based on the data saved on the game server. The Company's decision on such matters is final.

Section 6 — Account Security & Password

It is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their account. The following rules must be followed:

The Company may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

8.3 Fund Management

• Indirect or incidental damages.

The Company's maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total real money deposited by the user in the past 30 days.
